Envelope continuity, an unstable gaze bake, and a distracting camera insert each needed a different correction.
Record date Oct 23, 2026 · Published
The envelope-flap correction received owner approval on October 23. Inspection of the rendered sequence had exposed occlusion and duplicate flap representation that geometric checks alone missed.
A later head-shadow twitch was traced to real baked head motion: a close-target iterative gaze calculation could jump between two yaw solutions. The correction stabilized attention to the letter and preserved the arm, prop and torso channels.
The accepted v84 stand-in motion/camera review then held on Ash and the open letter during reading. It removed a 1.5-second waiting-light camera insert that had interrupted the action. The full review was 83.25 seconds at 24 frames per second. Acceptance remained limited to the presented motion and camera review, with final likeness and production integration excluded.
Furred blink, seal and calm/listening checkpoints also received scoped carry-forward approval late on October 23 Eastern time. They did not establish a final facial sculpt, a complete speech rig or automated speech animation.
