Backup bytes and restore gates
Large file-preservation checks passed, but application recovery still needed its own demonstration.

The local project snapshot reached 87,403 payload files after long-path failures were recovered. Ten downloaded project archives were copied and checked; they were project deliveries, not proof of a complete conversation-history export.
The main audit retained 87,880 test records: 87,857 passing and 23 failed metadata-stat checks. File bytes and hashes matched. Later metadata diagnostics passed, but the original exceptions stayed in the record because their historical cause was unresolved.
A separate narrow follow-up restored 2,034 DDS image dependencies and preserved 76 static artifacts. Its 6,330 checks passed. Those copies completed on October 24 Eastern time, although the UTC timestamps and folder labels say October 25.
Opening, relinking, playing and rendering restored scenes remained unverified. Backup integrity did not authorize a reset. A separate body-rig evaluation also reached owner-reported import and hierarchy inspection, while deformation, control mapping and the return export remained pending.
