When the Lights Return: a treatment in development
A ten-page illustrated earthquake-story treatment was delivered in PDF and Word form, with its review status kept explicit.
Record date Oct 30, 2026 · Published
When the Lights Return was delivered on October 30 as a ten-page illustrated treatment, organized into twenty panels. PDF and editable Word versions preserved the proposed sequence for review.
The treatment explores the Corps helping neighbors after an earthquake and checking their work together. It uses small choices and shared effort to explore character rather than relying on a long explanation of each personality.
This was a story-development delivery. The retained record does not establish owner acceptance or canon approval of the treatment, and it was not a completed animation. This update records the work without publishing the unapproved story as an accepted chapter.
