Week ending October 25: motion, preservation, and a blocked launch

Reviewed motion advanced, backup checks grew, and application execution exposed another unresolved boundary.

Week ending Oct 25, 2026 · Published

The recovered October 21–25 records show separate service-scene and 3D review work. CRUMB’s tray support and MOPS depth travel improved in a local candidate. DDS’s original 2D handoff was still blocked by missing art, while the separate 3D letter sequence progressed through narrow reinsertion and flap reviews to the accepted stand-in motion/camera review.

The most useful fixes came from looking at actual output: contaminated moving edges, robotic staging, flap occlusion, unstable baked head motion and a camera insert that hid the reading. Passing a geometry check did not settle the visual question.

Backup comparisons and a narrow dependency restore passed their documented checks. The metadata exceptions remained visible, and an actual application restore was still required. The October 25 application-launch failure left that gate open. No production rig, completed speech animation or reset was accepted.
