CODD virtual coffee routine
Prior controlled record: completed and approved website animation. CODD stops clear of Ash's foot, raises and brings the tray within reach, waits for nearest-paw pickup, sip, smile and cup return, then lowers the tray and leaves. Revisions addressed foot overlap, excessive reach and unnatural sleeve folding with joined arm pieces and controlled elbow motion. This does not demonstrate a physical coffee-serving robot.
Animation reference pipeline
Reference sheet → asset consistency review → rig or frame production → action clips → transitions and dialogue synchronization → visual acceptance → runtime integration. Current sheets are design references. Image labels, small text, anatomy and consistency require review before production. Viseme references guide mouth shapes; they are not a validated automatic lip-sync system.
Seasonal direction
Halloween intent: Ash dresses as a firefighter because he is a helper; the Unknown Engineer wears Gandalf the White; droids wear ghost costumes; jack-o-lanterns decorate the command center. Ash remains careful, competent and composed. Droid mishaps may supply gentle comic relief. Status: design intent; deployment not established by this package.
DDS controlled requirements
One incoming Bishop letter per week: Monday one 25% decision; if not delivered, Wednesday one 25% decision; Friday mandatory attempt if still undelivered. Completed delivery cancels later incoming slots. An outage must be logged as pending or failed, never falsely completed.
Saturday and Sunday each independently offer a 50% opportunity for Ash to initiate outgoing correspondence. A Saturday reply does not cancel Sunday's opportunity. Participation is voluntary.
Latest pending location visit wins. New visits replace earlier unmentioned ones. Retained letters must preserve their referenced visit through retries and avoid clearing a newer concurrent visit. Without a pending visit, Bishop may gently suggest a break.
Remaining design choices: timezone, clock slots, week boundary, missed-slot recovery and persistence contract.
DDS tests DDS-T01 through DDS-T07 remain NOT RUN. Isolated presentation work is not a production mail scheduler.
Isolated pilot verification
October 11 isolated CODD pilot browser evidence confirmed Ash and CODD rendering over HTTP in a desktop Chrome context, with pickup, sip, return and departure keyframes inspected. The numerical state suite recorded 2,761 samples and 17,528 assertions. Those results belong to that isolated pilot, not this publication or a physical robot.
File-origin loading reproduced a texture upload failure. Isolated wrapper diagnostics and fractional scrub fixes were verified. No canonical runtime integration, phone acceptance, new cast rig or production deployment followed from those pilot checks.
Eleanor has reference and presentation textures; a segmented master and production integration remain open. Dr. Jenny’s approved appearance is static. Bishop’s plush prop is not a living-character animation master.
