The private Project Book continuation is complete as content edition 1.14. Earlier pending-merge wording is superseded by this documentary result. Completing the record does not close operational validation, hardware, voice or integration acceptance gates.
Runtime release and custody
The owner released the runtime change freeze on October 12, 2026. That release permits resumed development; it does not turn open validation into acceptance. This website update performs no device or speech work.
The October 11 evidence cutoff remains unchanged. This public addendum adds no new hardware inspection, fresh voice test or rig integration. The private Project Book continuation is complete as edition 1.14; operational validation remains open.
Current disposition
Record: RC01-DOC-20261012-WEEKEND-01. Parent authority: Project Book v1.9, Section 22 and its October 11 13:43 EDT cutoff. This addendum adds creative and public-reporting records. It does not rename the parent as v1.10, merge competing historical branches, alter procurement or change the installed baseline.
