An execution failure without an established cause

Preserve the difference between readable files, earlier renders, owner actions and the later agent launch failure.

Published 2026-11-01 · Dated evidence, not a live status feed

The actual failed operation

On October 25 at 08:11 Eastern time, a Blender version invocation returned 0xC0000022 with no application output. The file remained readable. A prior owner-run version invocation of the same executable had returned version information, and earlier modeling/rendering reports showed successful work.

That discrepancy did not identify the denial origin. It was not proof of executable corruption, and it did not invalidate the earlier successful renders. No security setting was changed to force a new launch.

Other failures stayed separate

A GUI-control initialization had failed before application inventory, and an agent local-application health request failed where an owner-operated request succeeded. These observations show different access boundaries. The evidence did not establish that they shared one fault.

The body-rig evaluation itself had reached a neutral interchange test and an owner-reported import/hierarchy diagnostic. Control mapping, skin deformation, return export and benefit to the reach action were still untested. Installation or an import alone did not demonstrate an animation round trip.

What the October 29 log review added

A bounded read of the recorded October 25 log window did not find a direct application or exit-code event establishing the cause. Nearby background errors were documented separately rather than used as a causal explanation.

The review did not rerun the failed executable. File reads and documentation processing had succeeded in the available record; broad claims that every command or tool was broken were unsupported.

Unresolved at the evidence cutoff

The exact execution fault and a qualified application recovery remained open. No new production animation, reset or general tool-access restoration was claimed. Private account, support and diagnostic details are omitted from the public report.
